The 1st thing we noticed is that the house is pretty dark. Even after we turned on all the lights, the house still felt dark. The main issues with the house though were the dirtiness and the bug infestation. When I flipped the light switch on in the bedroom, there were bugs crawling out of the light socket. Lots of them!!! If you have teenagers or college aged kids and are looking for quiet, privacy, and everything you could possibly need under one roof, look no further. I took my two young adult kids and we enjoyed every minute. We spent the majority of our time on the rooftop in the hot tub and enjoying the weather and beautiful views. We were within walking distance of the riverwalk and many restaurants. Grub hub, Instacart, door dash and Uber were readily available.
