"Your site did not say that you have to call for shuttle pick up. We had to wait over an hour before we could reach somebody at the local hotel to get a pick up. If your site would’ve instructed us, we would’ve called ahead and scheduled that. Unfortunately, we stood in the heat, sweated, trying to get a ride to the hotel. Very frustrating."
