"Fantastic staff, clean hotel with reliable wifi"
I had a fantastic stay at this Hotel. Amazing staff - they help if you want it, but they don't pester you 24/7 like some hotels do. The bed/room was very clean, wifi was fast and reliable, as was the water pressure and temperature. Such a bargain for the location too!

From the moment I walked through the front doors I felt vacation vibes. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. This was such a cool place to stay.Comfy beds, electric heaters, tea and oxygen in the lobby, complimetary pisco sour, friendly guests. I loved the deco ; the rooms, the restaurant, the garden area, and the other spaces in between.Breakfast is the real deal.. You can even have an omelet cooked to order. My taxi driver told me I could get a better hotel for the same or lower price, but I'll just come back to what I like my next trip to/through Cusco. If you stay out past 12am the front doors will be locked when you make your way back, security will welcome you in with no hassle though.

"Central to square and Quarikancha, great location!"
Beautiful hotel, can be a little noisy at night and make sure you get a space heater from the front desk, gets very cold at night, also... windows do not lock, and my stuff was gone through and moved every day, so don't leave valuables outside of safe....

"Charming hotel with an excellent breakfast"
We bookended our Peru visit at Rumi Punku. The hotel courtyard and breakfast areas are warm and inviting, with clean and simple rooms for a very comfortable stay. The breakfasts were excellent (fruit, cereal, cheese, breakfast meats, yogurt, coffee, etc), and the hotel staff was flexible and helpful. We were offered complimentary airport pickup and dropoff. Jose Luis met us at the airport and helped us with some transportation details to help us start our Santa Theresa trek. Our only complaint was a slight odor from the bathroom drain, but it was really negligible to the overall experience.

"Good enough for our needs"
The room was very nice and comfortable. There was quite a bit of road noise that kept me up the first night, but most the hotels I have stayed at in Peru are not well sound-proofed. Light sleepers should probably plan to use ear plugs wherever they stay. The staff were extremely helpful and professional. The location was not near anything exciting, but we were not staying in Cusco for long and we were basically only in the city to sleep, so the location was fine. I can't say how breakfast was because we left the hotel before breakfast was served each morning. But the last day they packed us some fruit, juice, and small sandwiches to go, which was very nice. One negative - after hiking Rainbow Mountain I had a pretty bad altitude headache. I had specifically chosen a hotel that would have an oxygen tank, but when I needed it I found out it was out for repair. That was disappointing. It was a rough night, but I felt fine by the next day.

"Phenomenal Cusco hotel"
Warm and friendly staff; delicious and fresh breakfast (100 times better than the included breakfasts in the U.S.); lovely and clean courtyard and room; close location to the bank, Orion supermarket, and Plaza de Armas. Easy/medium walk to just about anywhere. Would definitely stay here again if we ever end up back in Cusco! Oh, they also provide free coca tea which can help some people with their altitude sickness. We felt very safe staying here, and they also stored our extra suitcase when we left for the 4 day trek along the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu.

"Peaceful place near the action"
Great surprise to find such a gem at walking distance to the center of Cusco. It felt like home after a long day of sightseeing and shopping. The hotel staff Daim and Neli were very helpful and gracious ,always informative and patient. Also, we really enjoyed the breakfast every morning and being greeted by Lena, made us feel so welcomed. They all went above and beyond in all aspects, I must say. The hotel has a beautiful courtyard with colonial features ,also a nice rooftop from where you can see the beautiful city. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
