"The plus point about the property is its location. It is located in the heart of Manhattan, New York. Most s of the places including Times Square is at the wakable distance. The property should work on cleanliness.... There were spiders in my room during my stay at the hotel.."

"We stayed here for one night due to a flight delay, the hotel is clean, and well maintained. I loved the complimentary items they leave in the bathroom which we needed since it was an unexpected stay we didn't have everything with us. Especially the slippers!! They offer complimentary shuttle to and from JFK airport. We called upon arrival, and the shuttle arrived within 15 mins to pick us up. We will definitely stay here from now on whenever we visit the area. Highly recommended! "

The air conditioner was very loud and there were workers right outside of the window working from 8-4 everyday. The worst was the price I was quoted in hotels. com was 25% less than the price I paid at the desk. Buyer beware."
