"I had a room that I wasn't very keen on the bathroom. I voiced my displeasure and was given a new room without hesitation. They asked what I didn't like about the other room and when I responded, they jotted some information down so they could address the issue and gave me a new room key! That's just great customer service and is why I will always keep The Hyatt House Old Town on top of my list! The front desk staff, the grounds crew, the bartender.....everyone I interacted with was beyond friendly and outgoing. It's a great location and a great place...especially for the price point!"

"Location was great, lots to do and the hotel is clean and well equipped with what you’d need otherwise you’ll find things all around. All the staff were fantastic but I want to give a special mention to Alyssa, when my AC went out she sprung into action fast and made sure I was made comfortable. It’s wonderful that Hyatt hires people they trust and you’re not waiting on some chain to decide if I can have AC or not. Super happy with my experience and will be back! "
