"I always critique a hotel due to my profession and I couldn't find anything wrong at all. The hotel itself was very clean as was the room. My stay was excellent ans we will be back! The staff was helpful and the breakfast was good. It was a great stay!"

"Another horrible expierence at a marriott. Checked in after a long drive and we were exhausted. the bathroom was dirty. There was toilet paper in the toilet, hair on the shower and a dirty towel behind the door. There was no.coffee or cups in the room. i asked to speak to a manager but none were on duty. I spoke to a.staff member who said they can't provide a refund because it was booked through Hotels.com and if I reached out to hotels.com they probably wouldn't provide a refund. I actually was not asking for a refund but simply wanted them to be aware."
