"The room was gross. There were bugs and ants all over in the bathroom including the toilet. There were no towels. The linen was not clean. There was no one in charge on the property, the kitchen lady had to call someone to check us in. The kitchen lady also left around 7:00 PM so the security guard got us some towels.
