"The hotel was exquisite! All employees, those that worked the lobby, the maids, the valets, etc. were most friendly and professional! Our room was always immaculate! We were craving some fresh fruit and the manager in the lobby actually got it for us! They went above and beyond! We had a lovely stay!"

"Two of the staff at Sonesta Suites provided excellent service. AGM, Wagner, addressed a problem immediately and sent a repairman. He contacted me personally to resolve an issue and by doing so, provided outstanding service. He was professional, friendly and efficient! The breakfast hostess, Maria, also provided excellent service by going out of her way to prepare waffles for the children when it was not waffle day. She was friendly, kind. AGM, Wagner, and Maria both provided outstanding...

"On the way to airport, with an overnight stay and left car for parking. Lyft driver was estimated for 9 minutes on return and it took her 30 minutes to get to the airport. That was frustrating."

"The hotel is in the midst of renovations. The outside is in need of repair, but the rooms and common areas are clean and updated. The deck could use some paint, etc., but the view is fabulous and the seating is comfortable. The pool was clean - hot tub was not working. Front desk staff was courteous and pleasant. Housekeeping staff was also very pleasant. Maintenance staff was hard at work cleaning and sprucing the property up. Honestly, we went expecting the worst based on so many negative...
