"Property needs a serious overhaul as soon as possible and as fast as possible. Departments need to be trained on a regular basis. (Engineering contractors need to be instructed to conduct any conversations in an area out of guest view.) First room alloted wasn't great and had a rather disgusting health faucet. Second room was decent. Coffee mugs were broken and caused a spill. (IRD) Received no apologies regarding the same. Hallways were a mess and were dirty, with footprints and dust....

"Overall nice place with all the basic stuff in good order. I found the check in process a bit cold and unwelcoming. One of the lights didn’t work but they were on it quick! They have a nice roof top restaurant with good food and cocktails. Their rooms and breakfast was pretty nice as well. Not too found of the busy location. Overall a good hotel and I would stay here again."

"The staff at Maison Perumel were so helpful and friendly; they really made the stay special..The rooms are very comfortable and the food was exceptional! It is in the Heritage area of Puddichery so about a 15/20 minute walk from White Town and French Quarter but tuktuks are everywhere! I love the CGH ethos and definitely recommend Maison Perumel."

"Horrible, First the when you set the location of the hotel from the hotels.com app , the hotel is not there. It is 10 KM from the location showing from your app. Untrained unprofessional staffs Lack of choices of foods and drinks Flies over food spread in Breakfast, less of people to serve, empty food trays for breakfast, no one was there to refill Over Horrible Hotel, you should stop booking it, sheer loose of money, not worth be paid more than INR 1000 "

"This was an amazing stay at this hotel. This is a boutique hotel with excellent rooms individually decorated in European style. The hotel itself has a classical french Vintage touch. "A pleasant enough hotel, slightly away from the main tourist area but still walkable. Average size room and small bathroom, generally clean. AC worked well, had some issues with Wifi, where it was working in the room and then not, told I could get it in reception area. Though later reception was again available in the room. Breakfast served in the room, a standard no choice tray which was okay! On the same road as the hotel were plenty of resturants and further afield, the main tourist area....
