« There is always "remodeling" at this hotel though I have yet to see an updated room. Our room was outdated, dirty, and certainly not reflective of the price. There was also about a 2 inch clearance from the floor to the bottom of the door, which made me feel very unsafe. »

« In general this was a nice hotel with good beds; breakfast buffet was good. we were just very frustrated with out key cards for room access. Took us about 5 minutes to get ours to work; and our daughter's at least 10-15 min each time they tried to enter the room. For her, we were given new cards each time, but still no big improvement. it seemed like the batteries maybe didn't work well anymore, but the staff just didn't seem anxious to fix our problem. And no, the cards were not near a cell...

« The suite was awesome, very clean and enormous. I'm sad to say we didn't have time to stay another day but it was a little more spendy than what I'm used to. Otherwise the staff was wonderful and very friendly. Only issue I had was the place was so large and our room was quite aways away from parking, and I'm disabled in both knees so it's hard to walk much distances. »
