"The staff was amazing. They were friendly, attentive and helpful. When we requested more coffee and towels they brought them in a timely manner which was very much appreciated. After long days at Disneyland, it was really nice to come back to the room to a hot shower that actually had great water pressure and plenty of bath products available to use. Though they do not have a restaurant or free breakfast, there is a number of good restaurant options within close walking distance. Thank you...

"Nice and clean rooms! Loved the breakfast every morning and the Mickey waffles were adorable for the kids! The movies and swimming with popcorn at night was so much fun for the kids too. Will definitely come back in our next visit. Close to Disney parks! "

"Such a privilege to stay and eat on the Queen Mary. Her elegance snd charm were heartwarming. I highly recommend also taking the tours of the ship as she has so much history to offer. "

"Very clean. Strong chemical smell in both of our rooms. We couldnt get a connected room for our family even tho we reserved in advance. "

"Looks good. I'd clean. However, toilet flush is super loud, door to bathroom difficult to open, sink design splatters when brushing your teeth, and there is no counter space in an otherwise large bathroom. "

"We stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to Disney, you can walk to the park or it’s less than a 5 minute drive to the Disney parking structures. The hotel is surrounded with endless of restaurants and coffee shops on every corner. The most convenient part of the hotel is there’s a Walgreens right next door. Staff were very welcoming and professional. Our only issue we had was our TV not working, it kept disconnecting but every time I called to address the issue the maintenance person...

"I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Breakfast was included with our stay and I was impressed by the options: Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes and omelettes made to order. One morning they also offered chorizo with scrambled eggs and tortillas and the next morning there was quiche. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the bath towels were large, fluffy and soft. The shower head also had strong water pressure which I appreciated...
