"My partner and I enjoyed our week-long stay at Petit Hotel Pilitas. The staff was very helpful and accommodating; we both felt welcomed. The cleaning staff was quick and efficient. Our suite was spacious and clean, and when we found the TV was not working, it was fixed the same day. Our bedroom room on the ground floor was relatively close to the street, so there was considerable traffic noise until early morning. The pool and jacuzzi were nice places to hang out with our friendly neighbors. The apartment was also within a block and a half of the beach, and there were numerous bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. I would recommend Hotel Pilitas and stay there again!"

"All the staff was incredible. Only issue was with the beach server, who was busy drinking with other guests rather than checking on others needing service. All for someone enjoying their day, just not at others expense. Love the layout of the hotel and had a good time in the outlets."

"Our room was very nice but the bathroom ceiling light flickered some times to the point it had to be turned off. Location to local restaurants is great. Wonderful staff who kept the property clean but beach out front of the property was dirty. Most likely from he recent hurricane. "
