Everything seemed to be clean, beds were super comfortable. My only complaints are: there is no one ever at the front, you have to call if you need anything, we arrived a little over 30 minutes before our check-in time and we were told we couldn’t check in unless we paid a $24 check in fee. We have stayed in a lot of motels over the last few years and I have NEVER had one tell me I had to pay an early check in fee. There was someone behind us wanting to check in too and he asked what was happening. When I told him he was very frustrated as well because he too was coming to check in. I understand if there aren’t rooms ready yet, but to charge a check in fee because they didn’t want to come check us in a little early seemed insane. Also the only thing out to eat for breakfast was waffles and 2 kinds of cereal. As someone who has food allergies, it was a little frustrating there wasn’t some kind of fruit or something. Everything in the kitchen area was very clean and kept up though.
