« The most disgusting hotel ive ever stayed in. First room they gave me had blood stains all over the bed sheets. After having to wait half an hour for the owner to turn up and confirm there was indeed blood stains on the bed they moved me to a different room. Guess what? This one didn't have blood stains, just regular bright orange ones all over the bed sheets. And whats more, there were clumps of long, womens hair all over the floor and clogging the sink. Add to all this the cobwebs EVERYWHERE....

« I made a reservation and showed up to the hostel and no one was there. There was a sign saying they'd return the next day. I called hotels.com, and they got a hold of someone. Staff showed up and checked me in. They turned on the aircon in my room later that night, and left for the night. The aircon wasn't working so I messaged on Facebook messenger and got a reply to turn it off and turn it back on, which I'd already done. I think it was the staff that messaging. « Second stay here , both times the beds are comfortable the staff are always helpful & friendly, I wish there were facilities for making tea coffee etc in the room , but there is hot water at reception so it’s not totally without the facility, walking distance to the central shopping mall & ocean shopping mal ( approx 15 minutes taxi will cost around 80baht if you can’t stick the heat »

« The hotel is very comfortable but only provide 1 blanket for 2 person. Each room got own parking space. Only 9 minutes driving to town. 6 minutes driving to asean night market. 4 minutes driving to central festival. Easy check in, don’t need deposit. They provide mineral water everyday. They don’t provide room cleaning service & we also don’t expect for that. However this hotel isn’t comfortable for those who are travelling with public transport, I don’t think tuktuk reach that hotel. »

« It is very nice place to stay. The price is affordable & the room are very comfortable. My room are complete with microwave, kitchenette, kettle, & free instants coffee. My friends & I really enjoy our 1 night stay. The staff also very nice people. They not really understand what we said, but they try to give the best service they can. We happy with that. The only problem during our stay is when we want to check out, the process took a bit too long time as we actually need to catch the morning...

« cet hôtel est une très belle surprise personnel accueillant et réactif , chambre propre et spacieuse , très bonne literie et surtout excellente insonorisation des murs , en bref tout était parfait par contre nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner et nous ne pouvons pas donner notre avis un hotel bien situé dans le centre ,nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir »

« Super Hotel design a Hatyai, on a fait une pause dans cette hôtel pendant notre voyage Malaisie / Thaïlande et ont a été agréablement surpris. Hotel moderne style loft, la chambre est spacieuse, lit très confortable, wifi marche parfaitement. Les filles a la réception sont très gentils,on est reçu avec une délicieuse boisson thaï et de lingettes humides, elles expliquent les restos proches ( Un super merci a la super réceptionniste qui apporté notre lourde valise dans notre chambre) . Je conseil...
