« I would have rated cleanliness a 5 star but our first day back after checking in to our room, the freshen up was bad. Bed was not made well, towels were thrown on the bathroom rack and after asking for an iron it was not left. I called a total of 3 times to request an iron and board. Other than that a beautiful view and front desk staff were very nice!! Thank you. »

« C’est ma plus mauvaise expérience dans un Super 8. Chambre sale, tout est vieux, on entend les pas de la chambre au dessus. Le lit était très très mou. Le parking était complet à cause d’un camion mal garé mais c’était le dernier des soucis de la réceptionniste. A fuir ! »

« The key cards stopped working multiple times, which is required for you enter the parking garage. Once I went inside to correct it and could not find anyone who worked there for almost 10 minutes. Staff was good other than that. »

« Our stay was great! Jennifer, the manager of the motel, checked us in personally, and also gave us a map of the surrounding area as well as suggestions of hiking spots and of good restaurants. The other woman working the office, whose name I didn’t catch, was also very sweet and helpful. The hotel room was very clean, had all the accommodations we needed, and we felt very safe while there. Thank you! »

« Very nice property located in a wonderful area! Our last minute reservation was met with immediate responses by the owner. Check in was a breeze and this was by far one of the most clean properties I’ve ever stayed in.The property itself has many ammeneties including kayaks and a large canoe with a short drive to the private dock and park. Lake Kakonee was beautiful and full of easy to catch trout. Internet and movies available for evening with a new outdoor grill which was easy to operate....
