« First time on Grindstone and loved the clear water, boating action, and fishing quality on this quiet lake. As reviews before me stated - impressively clean cabin with lots of room and amenities. The lake room is especially great for gathering and has a fantastic lake view, as does the adjacent first floor deck. The cabin, yard, and deck stay cool all day due to ample shade from wooded setting. The wooded subdivision with the grid of roads is expansive and relatively undeveloped, yet managed...

The lake is quiet and the property is secluded/private which is exactly what we were looking for. CJ is very responsive and accommodating, just an overall wonderful experience. We have stayed at many properties in the Spooner area over the last 25 years and this one is at the top of our list! »

« We loved staying at the Bird house. We saw many bald eagles, otters, and ducks. Campfires every night. Plenty of room for all the people. The most well stocked kitchen with anything you could need. We rented a pontoon from a recommendation by Erica and couldn't have been happier. Would highly recommend if you like a perfect kitchen and excellent views of a great lake. Erica was always available too and so easy to communicate with before, during, and after our stay. »
