« The hotel itself is mostly fine, with a good location and a nice view. The staff, however, were the worst among our eight stays in Sri Lanka. They weren’t friendly or helpful and had a clear “what do you want” attitude. They even woke us at 10 p.m. to ask what breakfast we wanted, which is unacceptable. The “western breakfast” was just buttered toast, and it took 40 minutes, even though every simpler place offered more. They mentioned eggs as well, but after 40 minutes nothing appeared, and...

« Hotel très bien situé au centre du Fort de Galle et le personnel est très souriant et sympathique. La chambre est très correcte avec moustiquaire, wifi qui fonctionne et AC, mais on aurait apprécié que le ménage soit fait entre deux nuits pour le prix (qui s’explique je pense par l’emplacement). En résumé un hôtel à l’emplacement pratique pour une nuit à Galle. »

On a pris 2 fois un plateau de fruits de mer et poissons frais à un super prix. Personnel discret et sympathique. Le grand mamager et manager de l hotel ont accepté d organiser un remboursement avec expedia de plusieurs nuits pr ns permettre de visiter l ile. Un grand merci!!!! »

« Nous poussions avoir de la clim mais finalement nous n'avions qu'un seul ventilateur mural qui était en panne. Nous avons donc dû réclamer un ventilateur à pied qu'on nous a apporté dans la soirée. Attention le propriétaire ne dort pas sur place mais heureusement il est réactif (nous avons dû le contacter par SMS et sur l'application) »

« Superbe hôtel, tout confort, avec les lits les plus confortables de notre séjour au Sri Lanka. Les chambres sont très propres et très agréables. La télévision a même Netflix. La piscine est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner excellent (prenez les tartines à l'avocat, elles valent vraiment le détour). Le personnel est très accueillant, avec un service très agréable (Merci Adithya pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse). En plus, c'est très calme, mais à 5 minutes en tuk tuk de la plage centrale...

« The pictures are not a true reflection of this property. It has the potential to be a very lovely hotel but it is run down and falling apart. The rooms were dirty especially the bathroom. There wasn't a mosquito net for the bed. Service for breakfast was very slow. The pool looks like it needs a good clean. I couldn't even get into it. »
