"We booked the most expensive room which cost a fortune. When we arrived the room was occupied as they had sold it twice. They put us in the cheapest room with noisy air conditioning and no lock on the patio door. Blaned Hotels.com and offered no compensation or even a courtesy something. "

"Over all it was a good experience. Staff were very friendly and super helpful. The location didn’t really mention that the train tracks ran 2meters from the hotel and made a horrible noise. During night time it was insects around the room. Though over all, the staff cooked a nice breakfast, had a nice pool and just 2 min walk to the beach. "

"The guest house looked very nice and on the second floor was the breakfast tables but we had our room on the ground floor and the room was very dark and the bathroom was old. "Superbe hôtel, tout confort, avec les lits les plus confortables de notre séjour au Sri Lanka. Les chambres sont très propres et très agréables. La télévision a même Netflix. La piscine est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner excellent (prenez les tartines à l'avocat, elles valent vraiment le détour). Le personnel est très accueillant, avec un service très agréable (Merci Adithya pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse). En plus, c'est très calme, mais à 5 minutes en tuk tuk de la plage centrale...

"The pictures are not a true reflection of this property. It has the potential to be a very lovely hotel but it is run down and falling apart. The rooms were dirty especially the bathroom. There wasn't a mosquito net for the bed. Service for breakfast was very slow. The pool looks like it needs a good clean. I couldn't even get into it. "
