« The sunrises and sunsets were absolutely gorgeous. Access to the beach was very convenient. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious. Plenty of board games were available and we made good use of them. Lastly, our host is a gem and very accommodating. I had to do several airport pickups and she allowed me to drop off my groceries a couple of hours early. I think Christmas in VA Beach may be our family’s new holiday location. »

« The sofa bed in main room had cereal crumbs spilled between cushion and bed frame. So we did not use that bed. Linens were also missing for sofa bed.It would have been nice to have more opaque drapes in the main room instead of just sheers.Otherwise everything was clean, well decorated, and comfortable. »

« Great location with easy access to the beach. All amenities were in great condition and it was very clean. Covered garage with 2 parking spaces included with stay. Every evening we went to a different place to eat and all restaurants we went to were within 10-20 min drive. However, the kitchen is well stocked if you chose to eat in. Nice, spacious balcony with partial ocean view. »

« I would definitely stay here again, the only two criticisms I would have is 1\. Some of the beds were pretty firm, like very hard. So I would just bring a mattress topper if you need a soft bed. 2\. the main entry stairs are a little dangerous. however, as stated in other reviews, the side stairs are adequate and well built. They just need to put a landing in the entry stairs.However, the layout of this place is absolutely amazing, the views of the ocean are fantastic. Sandbridge is a quiet area...

« This was the perfect home away from home. The rooms were clean and spacious, the kitchen was grand and very accommodating. This Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to create gourmet meals. We were able to cook, clean and move around in the kitchen with ease. I have an elderly mom who has mobility issues and she was able to use the elevator to access each floor with ease. The beach is across the street, so we were able to take a beautiful family beach photo. »

« This property was exactly as listed and was excellent for our 3 night stay. Another couple of nights would have been perfect, but our schedule didn’t permit that. There were 6 of us - 1 kid, 2 teens, 2 parents, and 1 grandparent. The set up was great for our size group. The beach supplies were ample and the pools were fun - we only brought our beach towels and sunscreen from home. We would absolutely stay here again! Beach and bay views and easy walk to the beach.One tip - Don’t bother taking...

« Clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Would definitely stay here again. Had some minor maintenence issues but they were addressed immediately. One minor inconvenience is that they dont provide soap or shampoo, but not a big deal since the welcome materials remind you to bring your own »
