« J’avais réservé plusieurs semaines auparavant une chambre avec vue sur la mer, 2 lits et une kitchenette. Celle-ci etait essentielle en raison d’allergies. La chambre était plus chère parce que de catégorie supérieure. J'ai eu une chambre sans kitchenette : ils n’en avaient plus… On pouvait m’en donner une sur le stationnement avec seulement un lit !
