« It was the perfect property for our long weekend with kids who really only wanted to swim! The pool on the property was sparkling clean and well kept. We were close to many other areas to swim and fish in the lake. The staff and owners were super friendly and accommodating. We will go back soon. »

« We truly enjoyed our stay, the cabin was equipped with all the dishes that I needed when cooking. A very relaxing weekend! Would most defiantly stay here again! »

« The communication was fantastic and check in could not have been easier. This cabin is adorable, clean, comfortable and cozy. The river is gorgeous, quiet and serene. There are other homes near by but we still felt like we had plenty of privacy. We can't wait to visit again. »

« Very nice spacious home for family or friends. Would recommend this home to anyone looking to visit this area. Can walk right down to the lake from the back porch which is nice. The host was very prompt in their response when I had any questions. House came stocked with all the essentials and some. I’ve stayed a multiple different VRBO’s and this is one of my favorites. »

« The cabin was very nice and well stocked except that it didnt have a can opener and just one skillet, but we managed. It was very close to an excellant swim area, Devil's Fork. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. »

« Had a great time with extended family. Spacious, yet homey atmosphere. Game room great for the teenagers. Outdoor area was fun for all. Host was very responsive. We would definitely go again. »

« The property is a bit deep in the woods but just a couple minutes drive away from some places to eat and the lake. It has wifi and a good amount of space for multiple people. I wasn’t able to find the hot tub mentioned in the listing, but I didn’t ask the owners since it got late into the night before we thought to look for it. The owners are good at communicating with customers if you do have any issues though, and they left us good recommendations on local spots. »

« The location & availability of a boat slip were the primary reasons this property was selected. The unit is old & needs updates, which was expected based on previous stays at a nearby/similar property...but the unit was not cleaned well. Mold in the shower, coffee pot had molded filter/coffee still in it, & a very run-down/not maintained feel about the place. I would stay here again, but please make some improvements & have it cleaned better in the future. »

« The big open area was a great place to relax, play pool and watch a movie. The view of the lake was wonderful. »

« My family and I recently enjoyed 4 nights at the Raccoon Lakehouse. This property was perfect for us. The peaceful and private setting allowed us to relax and unwind. The home was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The best part was watching the wildlife! The squirrels, deer and raccoons kept us entertained all day. Bryan and Dan are the best hosts! They went above and beyond to make our stay special. »
