"Walkability is perfect!!!!"

"Positive: Great location with easy access to everything Breckenridge. Negatives: Noise from other condos and with heating system. Its certainly not the owners fault that we had very loud upstairs neighbors. However, even when the neighbors were just moving around their condo you could hear everything below. Personally i think its a bad build originally for the whole structure and they need to add some insulation. Next, the pipes in the bedrooms for what i presume were the heating made extremely...

"Nicely renovated unit. Very convenient ski in/out location with multiple ski rentals downstairs. Quick walk to downtown. "

"The condo was clean, comfortable and close to downtown Breckenridge. We enjoyed having access to hot tubs across the street. "

"Our 4 families with toddlers stayed for a weekend of fall colors and this home was perfect, from the well equipped kitchen to the bathrooms in each bedroom and huge play areas and the pool. We will surely try to visit again and highly recommend! "
