What I appreciated was that the staff were all very open to suggestions and receptive to feedback. I stayed in their ADA room, which they were kind enough to upgrade me to after I'd booked a bed in the dorm room. The shared accessible bathrooms were a bit tricky to get to from the dorm rooms so it was much appreciated and certainly made my stay easier.
