"I recently stayed in a 1 bed, 1 bath rental in Bakersfield and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location was a bit farther from town than I would have preferred, but the newness and tranquility of the neighborhood made up for it. Upon arrival, I was greeted with coffee, snacks, and water, which was a thoughtful touch. The check-in process was smooth and secure, thanks to the fire code system in place. "The tri level house is very nice and centrally located- 3 miles from Mt Pinos biking and hiking area and a 5min drive to town. The Keurig did not work and they offered to bring us another right away- gotta have that coffee . Needs some form of ice maker even if just ice cube trays. The kitchen is huge although no one was in the cooking mood. But the living room space was a great hangout. The beds and pillows were quite comfortable. Highly recommend "
