"We stayed for 2 nights and welcomed 2020 here and we couldn't have picked a better place to be. Ram was our guide and he also ensured that our stay was comfortable and took care of any requests we had. We were the only guests for the two nights as it is low season during winter time but we cannot recommend a better time to visit Nepal in general. All the other staff at the resort were exceptionally friendly and helpful and the other guides were also super friendly and chatty and happy to share...

"Aufgrund der guten Bewertungen haben wir uns für das Chitwan Safari camp&lodge entschieden. Leider waren wir bei unserer Ankunft sehr enttäuscht. Die Zimmerwände waren nicht verputzt, es gab keinen Strom im Badezimmer, kein warmes Wasser und die Klospülung lief die ganze Nacht. Ein Zimmerwechsel war nicht möglich, da angeblich ausgebucht, ob wohl ein Großteil der Zimmer leer stand. Am nächsten Morgen bot man uns nach mehrmaligem nachfragen und drei Stunden warten schließlich ein verschimmeltes...

"I paid for a room at this hotel, and as we arrived, we soon discovered that it doesn’t exist anymore. We were unable to be refunded by the new hotel that have taken it over and were forced to pay to stay somewhere. "Worst experience of my life. Filthy washrooms that we're stinking really bad. AC not working. Lights flickering in our room. The staff were laughing at us, they had 0 customer service skills. Then they would not take our hotels.com booking and wanted to charge us extra as they didn't want to Honor the rate we received from hotels.com - they made us leave the hotel and find another place as we refused to pay extra.
