Kimberle helped us during our stay and was very welcoming and helpful. Our room was spotless and we felt comfortable walking on the floors and using the sheets unlike other dirty motels we have stayed in before. I was expecting the showers water pressure to be weak, but it worked amazing! A majority of motels are sketchy, dirty, and have a rude staff, but not this red roof inn! I will definitely stay here again if I'm in town. It was also located right in the middle of everything I wanted to go to!
The pictures on the internet are what attracted me to this "near the airport" location and hotel. We noticed all the remodeling when we arrived. There was a lot of trash and debris. We are familiar with construction and remodeling so none of this bothered us but for someone not familiar, it really made the exterior VERY unattractive. There was a sign on the door apologizing for the remodeling. We don't know if the remodeling has taken place in the continental breakfast area but it was already very attractive. The only "complaint" my husband and son had was the lack pancakes or waffles. Most breakfasts now serve one or the other or both. All other accommodations and staff were wonderful!
Emergency visit to Louisville due to death in family. Very clean, staff pleasant & personable. Breakfast was hot, not a lot of variety but not bad. Beds not most comfortable, but for price, convenience of location all good. Would stay again. Appreciate the staff to all our family members during a difficult emotional time, they were awesome! 😊
The hotel was clean and comfortable but we did Have a problem with noisy neighbors one night. Fortunately they were only there the one night and the rest of our stay was fine. The walls are not very soundproof. The breakfast was good with lots of choices. Staff were great!
