"They need empty the garbage out front "

"Hotel is clean. Room also clean. The fridge in the room was not connected and was not cold. The playing area in the pool is not working and the jet in the hot tub also. "

"Centrally located, next to the Fairmont along the terrace. Hotel is sited in an old building ( no lift) so request for a room at the ground level if you have a problem hauling your luggage up the stairs. Room is comfy and well kept though I had to climb half a floor to the washroom. Receptionist Amelie was very helpful and provided good suggestions. Quebec City is beautiful and I would book this hotel again. "

"Don't have any service, no breakfast, even they never did daily cleaning for my room. But the location is Extremely Great! Located at the heat of upper old town, just few steps to the Frontenac. Also surrounded by many restaurants and pubs. Not bad considering the room price. I can’t asking more. "

"It's a great location for easy walking to chateau and old Quebec main area. It is an unmanned front desk and we booked last min through Expedia , but we called upon arrival and a gentleman answered the phone quickly and came right over with the keys. Parking is right around back very convenient but expensive $25/night. The room itself was very old/dated but beds were comfy and clean. We only stayed 12hrs so perfect for a quick visit/layover "

"Lovely small B&B in a quiet Quebec airport with lots of dining options and bookstores. Our room was under the eves and plugging in my 3 items every night (hearing aids, iPhone and iPad was challenging. Breakfast was outstanding. We had a lovely sitting area outside the room. Quebec seems a lovely, friendly, walk able, safe city."
