"We stayed for six very pleasant nights,rooms are reasonably comfortable . The staff were excellent very helpfull . The food again was excellent . No problem recomending Otres lodge"

"The accommodation was at the far end of the beach in a quiet location. A beach taxi was available for you and your luggage. There was a decent food menu available and all staff were pleasant. Overall a pleasant stay with a nice sandy beach and walking distance to several others. Plenty of eating choices along the beach including an excellent barbecue."

"Firstly the address of the property was just given as Lakshmi village and was near impossible to find without stopping and asking shopkeepers for help. When we finally arrived the staff were very friendly and nice and took us to a very basic tired looking bungalow. We started to settle in when they returned and said we were in the wrong bungalow and to follow them. The bungalow they gave us was worse than the first with hundreds of dead flies on the floor and in the bathroom sink - the room...

"We enjoyed our stay in this hotel it was clean, kid friendly, spacious,modern & friendly cleaning crew. We had a toddler with us and it was very comfortable , we enjoyed the pool that was included and the beach was right across the hotel so it made it very convenient. Definitely recommend "

"Nice enough hotel located in the worlds biggest building site, highlight of my stay here was just trying to get in the place my two options were wading through muddy water or climbing over mountain's of rubble and rotting garbage, nice pool friendly no open bar or restaurant though. Room was clean and comfortable could have done with a lick of paint though but the whole place will probably be demolished soon anyway to make way for another bloody Chinese casino. Cannot say I enjoyed my stay in...

"My room was great with a balcony with view, well working internwt and amenities- my friend however had a cockroach infestation in his room so he had to switch to anotger building, which also had a small infeststion of roaches in the bathroom. His room alsl lost power during the night."

"Reservamos um quarto para quatro pessoas com duas king size beds, e apenas tinha uma king size, a outra era apenas de uma pessoa. Quando reportamos o sucedido na receção disseram-nos que estava tudo bem, e não mudaram nada. Também não tínhamos toalhas e almofadas para 4 pessoas. Além disso, o papel da casa de banho não foi reposto e parecia que os sacos dos lixos não tinham sido mudados. Para uma noite à espera do ferry de manhã para Koh Rong está ok."

"Property not clean but staff friendly. Location OK, 5 minute walk from a beach. Would not recommend Sihanoukville as a place to visit. Big city, very Chinese. Unfinished buildings everywhere. Road from Koh Kong is horrendous. 5.5 hour trip of which 3.5-4 hours is on dirt/gravel"

"New Sea Beach resort is shut down. We drove 7 hours to get here with a van full of people to find the resort is closed and replaced with another resort. The new resort is not part of expedia. And now expedia is saying they will not refund"
