« We arrived at 10:30 pm; the main entrance was locked, so we had to check-in through a window. With freeway traffic, it was too noisy to hear the desk clerk, who only mouthed “license” & “card”, took our cards & left, later returning to bring us room keys & say “thanks”. No instructions on where the room was, parking, WiFi, etc. The room was clean, & the bedding looked new, but the furniture was older & weathered. You could feel a bit of humidity, so the bed sheets felt slightly sticky/damp...

« If you are booking through the third-party red roof in Addison does not care to give you one of their cleaner upgraded newest rooms… if you do not book with them directly, they will most likely put you in the back of the Motel where rooms are full of roaches and carpets smell like pee. Unfortunately, when we request to move the magically seem to be fully booked for the night, but this is not the first time this has happened to us. I was able to find more affordable rooms in the area. I will not...
