« Bathroom had roaches. We even showed the front desk a video of a live roach on its back on their bathroom floor with its legs moving. The clerk denied the hotel had roaches and kept repeating hotel policy when we asked to cancel the rest of our stay and get a refund. There was also active police activity right outside their front entrance, on their lot, during our stay, which made things feel even more uncomfortable. Thankfully Expedia stepped in and helped us get a refund for the remaining...

« My main complaint was the room smelled like smoke from cigarettes. It was so terrible that even the clothes i didnt wear that stayed in my suitcase the whole time smelled like smoke. My son and I had stuffy noses and he even complained the smell was making him dizzy. We had an entire hockey organization stay at this hotel for a tournament we do every year and sadly i wouldnt recommened it for next year. Hopefully people respect the no smoking rules and the hotel can somehow clean the room to...

« The worst place in East coast , When I arrive the manager give me 2 keys and tell me to choose my room , the first room was dirty and horrible , the second was same , linnen used and dirty , unusable toilet, mold in shower , sticky floor ,people smoking marijuana on site ....... I have used my own linen to be sleep.. The pool was blurred. This motel must be demolishes to be sure nobody will pay again to live there. »
