"Clean room, nice staff, and safe! The only problem was the elevator was down, so we had to carry our bags to the top floor"

"I have never stayed in such a filthy hotel room. Towels and linens were gross. They were either previously used without washing… a lot… or they were just incredibly stained. There were also lots of hairs bound in the towels. Bathroom had missing drain plug, floor tiles missing, etc. The kicker was the smoke alarm battery dying and beeping very loud. Maintenance was gone for the night, so we moved rooms at almost midnight, so we didn’t have to listen to it all night long. Would NEVER stay here again! "

"Beds were pretty new, so no low spots. Newly updated. Clean. Nothing fancy, but great for a good nights sleep. Guarded gate. Decent neighborhood. Is located by a major busy road, but didn’t notice the noise (we were on the opposite side)"

"BED BUGS!!!! Roaches!!!!! It’s in a horrible part of town, dirty and smelly. And riddled with bed bugs!! Do not waste your money here, it’s not worth it. Over priced and not a safe place to be. Staff could care less about the state of the room. No smoke detector it was in the drawer and disconnected from the ceiling. Dirty walls and nasty hand prints on doors. Roaches in the tub and microwaves. This place should be forced to shut down and fix everything."

"This is a bad hotel. Even at a lower rate it was dirty, carpets were terrible and room (non-smoking) smelled like smoke. Shower was broken and the key stopped working after two hours. Also many different characters in and out of the area all night long. Would not recommend at all. "

"We have never ever had such a horrible experience like we did at this hotel. There was literally a missing chunk of flooring in the middle of the room, hair all over our sheets, AC broken, the privacy curtain broken. Our bathroom was coated in black grime, finger prints all over the furniture, brown and yellow stains throughout the walls. We booked two nights and asked to be either moved to another room or cancel the next day but the manager was extremely rude and didn’t care at all. We ended up booking another hotel the next day due to the horrible conditions and it’s unfortunate that they couldn’t even offer any accommodation. The photos are deceiving, It was very disappointing! A horrible way to start our short vacation here in phoenix. Long story short- avoid this hotel at all costs! "

"The room is a bait and switch. It looks nothing like the pictures. It no wonder they only reserve to out of staters. DO NOT STAY HERE. 3”bed indentations on both sides of mattress. Looked like someone left in a hurry. Left the TV on, dog paws all over sheets and no blanket. The walls were caked in dirt and oil. Talk about non smoking rooms. The cabinets were broken and the floors were greasy and sticky as hell. The towels had been used and refolded. I’ve stayed at better crackhead hotels and this was by far absolutely horrible. "
