« We loved the Sauk River Cabin! Perfect base for hikes along the Mountain Loop Highway and in North Cascades NP. Great location near Darrington, which has groceries, restaurants, and gas.The cabin itself is wonderful. Very comfy, and the river-side amenities like the fire pit and the lounge chairs on the riverbank make it a great place to hang out between and after explorations.Highly recommended! »

« An absolute gem. It may be small but it is one of the most thoughtfully put together VRBOs I've ever stayed in. Everything is very clean and you can tell a lot of thought went into every inch. It was also nice not to have to spend the last day of my vacation doing laundry and vacuuming. I've noticed VRBOs are getting more and more demanding about cleaning the place on top of charging you a hefty cleaning fee. That's not the case here. It's reasonably priced and worth every penny. It is small...

« This place was such a surprise, a darling cabin in the woods with spectacular views. Every detail was considered and the amenities had such a thoughtful purpose everywhere you looked. And the hotub was amazing!!! The hwy and railroad is very close but you do not hear it at all on the river side or even inside the house. Also seeing the trains was fun! Highly recommend this place for a weekend getaway. »

« Roomy enough for 4 adults & 2 kids with comfy beds/mattresses. Utilized the grill, hot tub, sauna, firepit, & gazebo — all were great to have available. Big sideyard (property is on oversized lot) & deck were nice outdoor spaces. River setting & easterly mountain view are beautiful and peaceful. »
