« With our first every visit to Lakes Entrance we were very lucky to base ourselves at Koonwarra Hiliday Park. The staff were friendly and able to provide answers to all our enquiries regarding Lakes Entrance. Our cabin was clean and tidy with very good kitchen facilities, comfortable bed and hot shower. We were able to park right next to our cabin and the Park was very conveniently located so everywhere was only a short drive away. Big Bear donuts is a must try in town and if you want a fabulous...

« The property had significant maintenance issues that affected the quality of the stay. The tap water was consistently discolored with a bright orange/rusty tint. It was not suitable for basic hygiene, such as brushing teeth. The bathtub also showed heavy rust sediment when filled. In addition, the facility maintenance was poor. One of the showers had no water pressure, making it unusable. Some kitchen equipment, specifically the kettle, was not in clean condition. Communication regarding...
