« The host was very welcoming, and the location is quaint, quiet, and easy to find. The home was clean and well maintained. It’s a convenient short drive from Kīlauea, which was perfect for us since we wanted to visit at night without having to make the long drive back to Kona late in the evening.While I’m not sure what the temperatures are like year-round, guests should be aware that the home can get relatively cool at night. We stayed at the end of November. Space heaters are provided and work...

« Quelques difficultés à l’enregistrement, réglées d’une manière qui a surpassé nos attentes. Les hôtes et en particulier le patron John sont très à l’écoute, pleins de bons conseils et dévoués à leur travail qu'ils veulent faire au mieux. L’hôtel est vraiment charmant avec un petit jardin et des arbres fruitiers prolifiques. Les chambres bien aménagées comme des studios. C’est le premier hôtel d’Hawaii dans lequel on s’est vraiment sentis comme à la maison. On espère y revenir ! »

However, there were some issues...this home is a duplex, so youre at the mercy of the upstairs renters (loud stomping all day) and neighbors (loud barking dogs all day/night). The host provides sound machines and ear plugs, but they provided little relief. The washer/dry are in a shared laundry room, so you have to time laundry; dryers take forever. »

« This was an amazing place to stay. They thought of all the details and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Their artistic touches throughout the property made it extra special. We loved being in nature off the beaten path, yet it was easy to get to the national park. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this to anyone visiting the big island. »

« Bed was sunken. The Host was accusing, mad and drama. He came to the home unannounced kicked us out within 30 minutes of being there. Accused us of having a party. The place had said it slept 4 but I didn’t realize until I got through reservation on Expedia it automatically did for two. Expedia did not connect to Vrbo app and I had not contact to receive door code and no way to change it. He accused me of being deceptive many times I offered more money etc. he was mad a kid show was on. He said...
