"Absolutely lovely new cottage. Perfect for friends and family getaways with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, plus a sofa large enough for sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped and well stocked. Washer and dryer in the unit. Host was super available and check-in/out was a breeze. Highly recommend! "

"Mostly pros and one major con.Honestly this rental is fantastic and we *will* likely be using it again for our family visits. I grew up in ATL and can confirm that the location is incredible-walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, and a lil bodega on the corner that carries everything from diapers to champagne.The house is well decorated, open and airy feeling and had a few nods to the classic Inman Park style which I loved seeing. Def fits the vibe of the area and doesn't feel like a low cost...

"The house is spacious and enough bedding to accomodate a large group. There was plenty of linen and towels. Washer/dryer is operable.There were ants in the kitchen, a spider in the bedroom, and a lot of webs on the door post and seating areas. One of the bathrooms has a mat in the tub that is unsanitary. Seems like there is some upkeep being done without removing the listing. Probably should cater to the upgrades for a more appealing feel/look."

"We loved our stay! The home was comfortable, well furnished with an amazing chef's kitchen and fantastic yard. We appreciated the dedicated off street parking and loved being walking distance to the zoo, farmer's market and great restaurants. The hosts were great and made the whole process easy. I would definitely stay again!"
