"Bikes to lend, too!"
The room was clean, the hallways were clean. There is no restaurant in the hotel. Parking is less than ideal and rather costly at $20 a day/night. But it is secure and staff let me leave my car there into the late afternoon of my check-out day. Be sure to check that all your intended nights are included in your reservation if you book through Expedia. Mine were not, though the extended stay was available without a change of room.

"Pretty close to everything"
So this hotel was pretty good. It's close to a lot of things you might want to see and the hotel staff is nice. Breakfast was a decent looking spread but it could have used at least one protein option. Parking here is the cheapest around I found, $10 plus tax a day. They will charge a $25 deposit but as long as you don't make long distance calls or trash room your will get it back. The bed is comfy and the pillows are as well. It's nice to have the refrigerator in the room as well as the microwave. Don't use the shampoo here if you are remotely prone to a dry scalp because this will make it worse however the body wash smelt nice. Room was a good size and felt comfortable. Heard some noises in the hall late my last night but didn't affect my sleep. There was this weird situation across the hall from my room where someone was leaving random boxes out and then taping them or going through them repeatedly. This hotel was supposed to have a hot tub. We were originally told they didn't know when it would be fixed after we had already booked room weeks ago and were not told before. We happened to go past where the hot tub was and saw a sign saying it would be open the next day however it never opened while we were there. It was very nice of hotel to refund parking fee because of it however don't remotely count on a hot tub at any stay because from other reviews this tends to be a frequent problem. Staff was friend and helpful. You probably won't regret staying here.

Good hotel for the price, the staff was nice and helped us when we needed to keep our luggage in the lobby for a few hours.

"Good location. Fine Hotel. "
If you need a hotel room for just a night then this hotel will do. It's not a fancy or nice hotel it is just okay. The location was great! Only a quick 5 minute walk to Seattle Center and the Space Needle. There aren't a lot of places to go to eat right around the hotel. But a quick Uber will get you there. Parking was easy, but $18. Free breakfast was convenient but the breakfast Buffett area was small, very crowded, the food was alright, wasn't the best but wasn't horrible. It was edible lol. The elevators took FOREVER! Which was very annoying. The room is very small. I felt claustrophobic at times and there was only two of us in the room. The bathroom was small with pretty much no counter space. The bed surprisingly was comfortable. The direct tv cable wasn't working cause the technician said it was raining. Well we are in Seattle! It's always raining! lol so I guess the cable never works in the rooms. Overall like I said in the beginning the hotel is cheap, convenient location, and will work for just a one night stay.

Pocket Guide: Seattle Central Business District Downtown Seattle 2 stars Hotels

Downtown Seattle stretches along Puget Sound from historic Pioneer Square in the south to trendy Belltown in the north. In between, office towers, shopping gallerias, and brick condos line the leafy avenues. The convention center is here, as is Pike Place Market, where salmon fly. Don't miss the futuristic main library. Seattle's twin stadiums and the International District lie south of downtown.
