"The Best Western used to be really nice. Now, it is lacking any sparkle. Unfortunately, the area around the hotel is changing.Kopper Kettle restaurant next door is closed. Many business complexes near the hotel also sit empty. Great for the shuttle ride to Boise airport, though!"

"Was convenient place to stay close to the airport. Staff was super friendly. Rooms needed a little work. Our floor had chunks missing and there were deep scratches on other parts of the floor. Other than that, this was a great place to stay for the night! "

"This hotel was super clean, the bed and pillows were *so* cozy, there were no premature 'housekeeping' knocks making us feel rushed, and it was very quiet (aside from a few other guests slamming their doors in the early evening). The only thing that could improve this place is breakfast and a pool."

"Rooms don't look like the picture. Little run down and worn. Kind of has a rustic smell. Staff was kind though."

"Too much noise, the doors make a big clang every time they latch. Hard to sleep when you are busy with customers."

"We did have a problem on Check-in. There was someone else in the room. We were assigned, so we had to get a different room, but they did follow-up and asked if everything was okay. I would definitely stay there again. The amenities are amazing."

"We chose to stay here on our way home from a road trip. Location worked for us. We used the steam room with help of the front desk to get it started. The sauna wasn’t hot. They started it, but it still wasn’t hot after getting out of the steam room. The hot tub wasn’t super hot and the bubbles weren’t working. The beds were ok, a little hard. We didn’t eat breakfast there. They stop serving at 9. We had somewhere we wanted to go for breakfast anyway so it was fine. Overall the stay was good. "
