"Check-in was very slow. The room smelled like cigarettes. The following morning they lost the power and no staff was there to help their customers at all. "The room was as specified. The kids room came with a monitor for games, however we got the equipment from reception, but no instructions on how to work it. Kids were a bit disappointed. The pool was great. The kids loved the slide. The pool was a nice temperature the 1st day, the next morning it was very cold. Breakfast is very simple, but it works. Staff were all in training so check-in a bit slow and some of the staff were hard to understand in both French and English. "
