« West Plains MO a small town in the Ozark, for an older hotel it was in good shape, clean, did not smell, Air Conditioner worked well. Nice swimming pool. Had an issue with toilet and staff took care of it immediately. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was typical of Continental Breakfast. Only complaint was that they do not have automatic doors which made it difficult to use luggage carts or for Handicapped Guests to enter/exit. I Would stay there again. »

Not many pots and pans to cook: No ice maker, oven door does not open due to wall being there.Overall was ok. We weren’t super picky. »
