"Excellent customer service. The staff was helpful and friendly. The guys from the Roof Top Restaurant at the hotel were very nice. The Manager Ulises went the extra mile. He help me locate my Suitcase because my suitcase came 24 hours. They were checking on me because I went to a 4 days excursion and stay longer. I apppreciate everything. "I booked the family room at around 5pm. Arrived around 9:30pm only to be told that the room was not ready. After a long travel day (and with a tired little kid in tow), it wasn’t ideal to wait 20 additional minutes for the room to be prepared. Additionally, there were no towels in the room. "The condition of the room is terrible, lacking maintenance. Old bedding. Old style shower which is inside the bathroom which means water all over the bathroom floor. Very very old and ugly. The outside grounds are quite pretty and the location is outside the town, so if you need to eat dinner you’ll have to drive there as they do not offer dinner service. "
