« Great place to stay! Everything was clean and in order. WiFi and tv’s worked well and golf cart was a nice plus. Not much for staple supplies (salt/pepper, etc.) but I suppose that’s the way it is nowadays. Would stay there again if in the area. »

« Beautiful property....just as described except its more of a 4 bedroom with a "media" room. It describes the bed, in the "media" room, as a twin bed, but its more like a futon/couch that does not have a regular "twin" matress shape. So the twin sheets don't fit properly. I would say it is not suitable for an adult, which is who stayed in the room.....and there is also not a closet in that room. When I booked there was no picture of the "media" room.The house is spacious and beautifully decorated...

« Our stay was amazing!! The condo was clean and had all of the amenities needed. We loved that the pool was right off the porch and the golf cart added that extra bit of fun and convenience. Beach access and some really good restaurants are just a short golf cart ride away. Definitely recommend the local catch bar and grill! We would definitely stay here again! Just be aware the bunk room is more of an entry way with no privacy door, but set up well for little ones. »

« The house was good for our multi family reunion. The location is great. We rented a golf cart and went to Grayton Beach State park for beach. The property manager was quick to respond to A/C issue to make it right. One problem (that was not the fault of the property) was that one of our parking spots was repeatedly taken by people renting the house next door. Would help if parking was more clearly marked. Over all I have to give 5 stars because management was so responsive when we had to reach...

« We appreciated the quick replies and thoroughness of the property mgmt company. This new house was lovely and beautifully furnished! We visit 30A at least twice a year and really liked staying this time in the Blue Mtn beach area…about the 1/2 way point on 30A. We decided to take another vacay last minute for the holiday week. I had looked at so many rental ads I thought this rental provided a golf cart (totally my mix up)…it did not so we rented one…we always use a GC pretty much every day of...

« Absolutely stunning condo right on the beach. The condo was clean, a great size for our family of three, and had everything we needed. My son was obsessed with the bunks! The beach was gorgeous with easy access. Communication was always prompt and timely. We're so thankful for the time we had and look forward to staying again! »

« We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home on Taylor Krenkel Ct. The house is thoughtfully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable—everything felt high-end and well cared for. One of the best parts was the location: it’s just a short, easy walk to the beach, which made beach days effortless and relaxing.We also loved being close to great local restaurants and shops, all just minutes away. It was the perfect balance of peaceful and convenient. We would absolutely stay here again and...

« The area was quiet and inconvenient. The house had everything we needed and plenty of room. The pool is really small, though, so if you’re expecting that to be an option, it’s more of a hot tub size. But the cool game room at the top of the 3rd floor was really nice. It had everything we needed for the beach, including chairs in the golf cart. »

« My family (five adults + one child) greatly enjoyed our stay at Kyle & Elizabeth’s house. It’s wonderfully spacious, clean and had everything we needed. My daughter was thrilled by how close we were to the community pool. Having the golf cart made getting to the beach so much easier. There’s plenty of beach chairs and to use. My mom and I greatly enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on one of the many porches. We had a great week and will be checking to see if this house is available for future...
