Loved this property. The rooms were very romantic with great views of Paris. Can't beat that location. Didn't eat at the hotel since there are great cafes/restaurants minutes walk away. Emily in Paris fans would adore this even more

You will enjoy your time inside and outside this hotel as you are in the heart of Paris. Facilty and staff were geared to making your stay memorable. Walking distance to many remarkable sites including luxury shopping. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help.

Everytime I go to Paris I love staying here. The hotel is in the center of the city and there are many places to eat and shop. The metro is just a few steps away and from the hotel window you can look through the windows of the louvre and see art and statues. The hotel is small, quiet, clean and has a wonderful morning breakfast. The staff are extremely helpful and will meet any request you may have. This time I stayed here I really enjoyed how they used a QR code to text your requests for an extra towel, room service, ect. They would quickly respond to meet our needs. This hotel is one of the reasons I keep coming back to Paris.

Place is extremely quiet given its incredible central location. Service was excellent and they all took an active effort to make our stay great. Bed and linens were great. Room was cozy. Cafe Du Blanc was great and the Bistro straight out front door was awesome as well.

Exceptional Service The location and the rooms are lovely; The staff at Grand Hotel du Palais Royal is exceptional! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with champagne and personally introduced to each member of the team. Before, during, and after my stay, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my requests to help upgrade room base on my request. Every time I visited the lobby, I was personally greeted by those on duty, which made me feel so welcomed.

Very beautiful hotel with very kind staff at the reception ad concierge and restaurant. However, at the room some days they did not provide water, cup for the coffee, pads for make up removing.

We booked the connecting rooms which were very helpful to keeping our family together during our trip. Really lovely hotel in the middle of everything.

This lovely hotel is one of the reasons we enjoyed our Paris trip so much! The pictures do not justify how special this place is. Staff are truly professional, helpful. It is not only close to all attractions, but also tucked in a very quiet, beautiful block that is next to the Royal Palais Garden. We travel extensively and are impressed overall! The hotel, staff deserve 5 stars!

Great hotel. They let us check in earlier since our flight landed in the morning. The concierge, Alexander gave us great recommendations and was amazing. Other concierge was ok, he forgot to make our reservation and call us. Everyone spoke English and it was a very comfortable and friendly place. Highly recommend.

Hotel was amazing within a couple of blocks from the Louvre. I did not receive an upgrade as expected. However, they made my stay memorable with a special gift and letter to my wife for her birthday. Concierge also went above and beyond and gave us the best recommendations to enjoy the city. I will definitely consider this hotel if I am lucky and come back to the city of lights.

Fantastic location but hotel a bit dated
Fantastic location in Paris, in the city center and in one of the nicest Parisian location (Palais Royale). The room looked nice / modern and the staff was gentle / professional. The common areas (especially lobby and stairs / corridors) were dated thought. I do not understand was they have covered the windows of the stairs with non transparent film. The view and light would be so much nicer if they hadn't.

We have stayed at this hotel before and liked it in the past. However, the most recent experience was significantly below expectations. This facility is not friendly for children at all, and they did not have basic amenities like kids chair or a safe crib.

The hotel was exactly as advertised except everything was smaller than it appears. We selected a room with a balcony. And it had a small table and two chairs. But no room to access them or sit at them. The location was great and staff helpful. Size only problem

Absolutely loooooved this hotel! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The location was superb. The hotel was always clean. It was a nice quiet oasis in the middle of the city. After a long day of walking it was a comfortable refuge. Highly recommend!

This is my favorite hotel in Paris! The staff are very attentive and the rooms are spacious, modern and clean! At the moment, they are renovating the lounge/bar area and I’m sure it will look spectacular when’s it’s complete.
