Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast. Not to far from bus stops. Clean and safe neighborhood. I would recommend and would stay there again.
Very basic room. Beds are ok. Nothing in the room besides two chairs, desk, and a lamp, and beds. Also, has small sink. Breakfast is ok, though limited options, all cold. Transport from. and too Airport is included.
Good location. close to all attractive in the city. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Wifi is good. When I came back from the Northern light tour about 12:00 am, the street was till full of people and the walk from bus stop number 4 to hostel is about 5 minutes.

No big issues with this hotel, understanding where is situated. Reykjavick is an expensive city, the hotel can deliver what is offering. but, there is an employee at the front desk the one with most senority)who apparently does not like to deal with customers. The rest of the staff excellent.
The area was clean. The staff wasn't there the whole time which made it difficult to check in. Rooms were ok, no black outs but beds were comfortable.
