"Great location after concert at Ak-Chin concerts. "
Easy access, both directions from interstate. Just needed extra towels from office, which we received promptly; I'll use the rooms again.

"Next to prison."
I think the hotel needs to inform the booking guests that the hotel is located next to the prison.

"Area has changed"
Apprehensive about booking because this area use to be very dangerous. However I know Phoenix has cracked down on illegal activity and decided to give it a go. I was very pleasantly surprised. The area is greatly improved (still some work to do). And the hotel itself is undergoing extensive remodeling. Our room was brand new -clean, quiet and safe. The staff was very professional and accommodating. I certainly would recommend this property.

"Lady C thinks....."
This location is under new management. And boy did it need it. The service was remarkably improved. We asked for towels and desk person met us before we could get to the room. Last time we had to go down to get them and wait because they didn't have any clean. For an overnight or quick getaway I would recommend this location.

It's not the luxury resort. The other reviews about sketchy people hanging around was not seen. Staff were excellent. Location was convenient. Your run of the mill motel 6.

"Just OK"
Not a pleasing place but good enough for a one night stay if you're just driving through Phoenix. You get what you pay for, but then again, if you're just looking for a place to crash for the night and take a shower, then this is your place. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant though.

"Okay for the money and proximity to town cener"
As I parked my car in an inner courtyard, I noticed a swarthy man eying me very carefully. I later found out that he owns the place. As soon as I walked into the lobby, I smelled curry, so I knew I was in one of the increasing number of small motels being bought up by East Indians. That said, the clerk was quick to unlock the door and let me in to register. My room was cleaner than many I have rented from similar owners. It included a microwave and 'fridge. Bathroom soap and shampoo provided were minimal, but adequate. My only minor discomfort involved ice. I asked the clerk for some, and he called to a girl in back. She came out presently with a plastic grocery bag about half-full of cubes. When I used them in a drink later I detected a very strange taste. It was the cubes. No telling what kind of machine had produced them. The motel is just across the street from a good Mexican food restaurant/bar. Chandler is a pretty law-abiding and modern little town so the atmosphere walking day or night was pleasant.
