"We were to check in at 12pm. We arrived the facility at about 3pm. The rooms were still dirty at the time of arrival, they finally got cleaned at 5pm. The hot water was not functional. Staff attitude to work was horrible. They appeared less concerned to our plight and were very slow towards their duties. "

Only issues were that it took a long time for warm water to flow and the water pressure was weak. The room was small but very clean. Decent location to beach activities, but definitely not in the heart of things. "

"The hotel was beautiful, our cottage overlooking the sea just perfect and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Agnes, the manager was especially kind and supportive when our bag was temporarily lost at the airport. She was equanimity personified, and utterly professional as she helped us navigate a path to the bag's retrieval. A wonderful ambassador for the hotel. Thank you Agnes."
