"Nice hostel, right beside Westbahnhof, so easy access to Ubahns, as well as trams and buses. IKEA is right downstairs so can always visit the IKEA restaurant for some food. "We stayed 2 nights here while visiting Salzburg. It was a nice stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to English. We even lost one the keys for our rooms and they did not charge for it. Exceptional service. The only complaint was the shower in the room. It wasn’t the shower itself. The heat and pressure were fantastic. It was the fact that the doors to the shower leaked water out into the room. But I would definitely recommend it as a place to lay low near Salzburg. "

"I would never stay here again. The fact that they offer free ear plugs at check-in was a huge red flag. I booked a single room and you can hear everything. Doors slam, people taking in other rooms. People walking in the corridors. It’s all loud. My first day there the cleaning crew walked into my room unannounced. Let’s luckily I just got dressed. "There was some problem by other guest but they had solved it well and really satisfied with that. They know how to treat guest and how to deal with people. And there were beautiful terrace with river view!! It located at Magerit island at the centre of the city which is easy to walk to city centre and good to have a running at whatever time i want.
