There are a lot of little touches you can’t see in the pictures, and if you want to know what they are you’ll need to rent the house.Vanessa was very hands on and answered all of my questions promptly. This house is more than a rental property to her, it’s a place filled with love and warmth. The house has everything, and I mean EVERYTHING you’ll need for your stay other than food and drinks. Modern amenities (kitchen is fully equipped for any meal), up to date appliances and bathrooms were clean and up to date. Host was amazing with communication and made sure we were happy. This is the place you want to stay if you want space for your family in a quiet country setting with all the amenities. Both days our son got off base passes to spend time with family, he invited 3 other soldiers to join him to come back to the cabin and enjoy some relaxation after a long 10 weeks. All of the soldiers took over the bunk room and rested, used phone time and played games for the whole time on both family day and graduation day. Everything was in great working condition. We stayed for three nights and had a great time celebrating my son's graduation from OSUT at Fort Leonard Wood. This was the perfect place for our family while we attended my son’s basic training graduation. We have 6 children and my parents stayed with us as well as one of my son’s friends. The host thought of everything. Spices in the cabinets, a working grill, wood for the fire pit, shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the bathrooms, the beds were comfy, towels smelled amazing, plenty of space and bedding for everyone. Being away on private property gave our solider the ability to put PJ’s on and relax. The house was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. The absolute cleanest house we have ever stayed in. Far enough from city life but still close enough to adventure out. Most of all, the host was extremely kind and easy to communicate with. Her desire for people and family to enjoy this property as much as she does, really shows through her hospitality. Although we were only there for a few days to attend my niece’s graduation from basic training, this property is definitely worth renting again. Leonard Wood for our son's graduation. The location was perfect...just a 15 minute drive to the base, well within the allowed limits for Family Day. The house was extremely clean and the mattresses were very comfortable! Vanessa, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. She provided recommendations of places to eat at. The house was well equipped for cooking. We used the grill both days we were there. I don't anticipate ever needing to go back to Ft. Leonard Wood, but should the need arise, I would most definitely stay at the Cozy Cabin again, because it was indeed cozy! ##### Danielle S.
