After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it is critical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.
Exchange your voucher for activity:
Exchange your voucher for activity on the day you wish to visit the three attractions. You can redeem your voucher at the Table Rock Welcome Centre, at the entrance to Journey Behind the Falls, Niagara’s Fury or at the Butterfly Conservatory. Please present your voucher(s) and photo identification; the customer service representative will exchange your voucher(s) for tickets and assist with priority access for all three attractions. |

| Please note that Niagara's Fury is closed for maintenance January 9–February 3, 2012. During this time, those who have booked a Niagara Parks Pass will be able to use the Niagara's Fury ticket for admission to the IMAX Theatre, which is a coupon partner on the pass. |
