We had the best time! Service-Excellent Pool-Excellent Food-Excellent Beach-Okay. Water was pretty, but not accessible due to the amount of the rocks. Plus, large amount of the Sargasm blooms on the beach, but that’s not their fault. We would definitely return to Hilton Playa Del Carmen.

The service from everyone was TOP NOTCH. Luis the catering manager and his staff in SPICE and MARIA P Restaurant really went out of their way for us. The older gentlemen working at the Café serving cappuccinos and desserts had the best energy! He was amazing. I have zero complaints about the food , our room, or the resort. Exceeding my expectations for an all inclusive
