Note:
Reservation confirmation required. You will not be guaranteed pick-up without contacting Gray Line Shanghai at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date with your travel itinerary, including passenger name(s), arriving date, flight number, and Shanghai hotel name, address, and telephone number. Children age 2 and younger ride free of charge provided they do not occupy a seat of their own. Please be sure to arrive at the airport at least 1 1/2 hours before your scheduled departure time; also be aware that check-in for international flights closes 30 minutes before departure, so be sure to give yourself plenty of time.

After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.
Exchange your voucher for activity:

Customer service phone and email information appears on your printed voucher(s).Airport to hotel: Proceed beyond customs and look for a welcome sign with your name and the Gray Line Blue Diamond; English-speaking staff will be waiting to direct you to the departure location. Please present your voucher(s) to your driver.

The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel. |
