|After booking your activities or services—3 easy steps:|
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; for each transfer, you must redeem one voucher per car.
Note: It is your responsibility to inform the ground transportation operator if you miss your flight or change your itinerary. Please do so immediately so that the ground transportation operator can plan for the time of your pick-up. Please use the customer service phone number listed on the voucher.
How to redeem your voucher(s):
Please print two copies of your voucher(s), one for each part of your transfer.
Airport to hotel: To finalize your booking, you must call Mears at least 48 hours prior to your arrival in Orlando; the phone number and customer service hours will appear on your printed voucher. You will be given a confirmation number at this time, as well as one for your return to the airport. Please present driver with voucher upon pick-up at the airport.
After you claim your luggage, proceed to Level 1. The Mears MotorShuttle service counters are located inside the building behind thebottom of the escalator or directly across from the level one elevators.
Hotel to airport: To schedule your return transfer to the airport, please call Mears at least 24 hours prior to your departure. Present second voucher to driver upon pick-up at your hotel.

Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
