- If you miss your flight or change your itinerary you must immediately contact Mears Transportation Group Customer Service to reschedule your transfer.
- If you have trouble locating your driver, please call the number on this voucher.
- Gratuity is not included and is left to individual discretion.
Daily, 24 hours; actual travel time may vary based on location of your hotel and traffic conditions.
Airport Pick-Up: Upon arrival, please collect your baggage and proceed through customs. After you claim your luggage, proceed to Level 1. The Mears Motor Shuttle service counters are located inside the building behind the bottom of the escalator or directly across from the Level 1 elevators. Your uniformed driver waits in baggage claim with a sign displaying your name.
Hotel Pick-Up: Your driver meets you in the lobby of your hotel. To schedule your return transfer to the airport, please call Mears Transportation Group Customer Service at least 24 hours prior to your departure.
Exchange Your Voucher(s) for Transfer:
Reservation confirmation is required. Please contact Means Transportation Group at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled flight arrival or 24 hours in advance of your hotel departure to confirm pick-up location and time; contact information is provided on your printed voucher. Please present voucher(s) and photo ID to the driver upon pick-up.
